Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

Customer-requested changes

Requests should be submitted using the booking reference as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability, the selected activity’s requirements, any price difference and the approved notice rules.

Customer cancellations

Refund or credit eligibility depends on the notice given, non-recoverable costs, payment status and the approved cancellation schedule. Failure to attend or late arrival may be treated as a no-show.

Weather and safety changes

Outdoor activities may be delayed, adapted, rescheduled or cancelled when conditions are unsafe. Where Eagles Camp Challenge cancels and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, the customer may be offered a credit or eligible refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through an appropriate payment method after verification. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and the information supplied by the customer.
