Booking Terms and Conditions

By making a booking, the lead customer confirms that the information supplied is accurate and that all attendees have been informed of the activity requirements, payment terms, safety rules and applicable policies.

Bookings and payments

• A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment is successfully recorded.
• Balances must be paid by the date shown on the booking.
• Prices, inclusions and restrictions are those displayed or quoted at the time of confirmation.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing attendee counts, dates, times and selected add-ons before payment.

Participation

Participation remains subject to age, health, fitness, height, weight, equipment-fit, supervision and safety requirements. The activity team may refuse or stop participation when requirements are not met or instructions are disregarded.

Conduct and property

Customers must follow staff instructions, respect other guests, protect the environment and use facilities and equipment responsibly. Deliberate damage, dangerous conduct or serious disruption may result in removal without refund.

Changes

Activities may be changed, delayed, rescheduled or cancelled for safety, weather, operational or capacity reasons. The cancellation and rescheduling policy explains the available remedies.
